I am married to my soul mate, James Brown with an incredible 3 year old son, Nolan. I have another boy on the way, due to arrive August 13!

I am a Instructor at Mohawk College in Graphic Design (hence why I want business cards right away…I know the importance of branding and such!). I have been doing this for 10 years now and I love teaching and inspiring others.

A couple years ago I became a certified yoga instructor and I love every moment of it! I primarily teach out of my home but have a remote location that I teach at as well. I have always had an interest in essential oils but was always daunted but them so I felt this was the perfect opportunity to learn more and receive the benefits from them. Over the past couple of years I have been exploring and implementing more a clean, healthy lifestyle so this fits right into that. As you can imagine I love learning about new things and educating others on how to live a better, more fulfilling life.
